In January 2019, Lafayette natives Al and Anthony Perez purchased JV Lucas Paving from Jim and Sheri Lucas. Although under new ownership, the day-to-day operations will remain the same. Jim Lucas will continue to work within the company for years to come. Our services are available extensively throughout the region, so you can rest assured that wherever you are in the Bay Area, we’ve got you covered.

Our Project Management System
Lucas Paving recently launched an online project management system, utilizing the most up-to-date technology in order to generate timely estimates, job notes and all other moving parts of our operation.
The system allows for better communication between our clients and all Lucas Paving personnel. Estimators are able to generate bids from the field and immediately share them with our office staff for review. The system allows us to streamline our day-to-day operations allowing us to provide our clients with the highest quality of customer service.
